Dear customers,
Finally the Datacenter have completed the server issue. Everything is back on track now.
Please check your site and let us know, if you are experiencing anything unusual.
In a week or two, we will move this server to another datacenter, is better to handle this type of outages. Outage in this magnitude is very unusual but we all learned smaller datacenters can solve the issues quicker than bigger datacenters. We specially unsatisfied with the time taken to get our servers online after the power has been restored. Some of you may noticed we were not much visible at our live support, because we were talking to different staff in the data center to solve the issue. We had many hrs of phone conversation to the different technical personal in the datacenters.
When we move the server to another datacenter we will get a complete new faster server with latest version of control panel software installed.
We are really sorry about this unexpected outage and fully understand your concern. We would like to thank you all for your patience during this difficult time. We hope you will continue to support Arivoo for your hosting needs.
